Syngenta Free Share Deposit

Syngenta AG offers its shareholders the possibility of depositing Registered Shares of Syngenta AG acquired for their own account, in their own name and registered in the Share Register of the Company, in Share Deposits set up for this purpose. The booking in and the custody of the Registered Shares are free of charge for the shareholder.
